Jamie Litton

Jamie started contributing celebrity, hip hop, and R&B content to Urban Islandz in 2019. She is a Los Angeles-based writer who has a degree in sociology. She is passionate about writes about music and social justice. Some of her favorite artists include J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Common, Beyonce, and Kehlani. Jamie thinks she's Tupac’s biggest fan and and first fell in love with hip hop at the age of five when she first heared “Dear Mama” playing on the radio.
