Jeezy‘s new album “Trap Or Die 3” debut at No. 1 on Billboard 200 chart ahead of Meek Mill‘s “DC4.”
“TOD3” beat sales expectations by a wide margin to sell 89,000 copies in the first week to take the top spot on the album charts. Meek Mill’s “Dreamchasers 4” debut at No. 3 selling 87,000 copies in the first week of release, while Kenny Chesney’s album “Cosmic Hallelujah” debut at No. 2 selling a few thousands less copies than Jeezy. A whopping 37,000 copies of “DC4” were from streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.

Jeezy’s previous album “Church in the Streets” which was released last year sold 107,000 copies in the first week.
Meek Mill is getting ready to release “DC4.5” this week with a number of new singles. The Philly rapper has been getting a lot of attention on social media since releasing the project last week for his hardcore street rap. But earlier this year he pledges that he will stop making violent music.
