Hip Hop mogul, James “Jimmy Henchman” Rosemond, will be spending the rest of his life behind bars for drug trafficking.
The sentence was handed down in a Brooklyn court last Friday just over a year after his arrest.
Authorities managed to convinced the court that Henchman was moving large shipments of cocaine between coasts. Authorities say he has been using his musical ventures as a mask for his massive drug operation.

“You’re the kingpin,” Federal Judge John Gleeson said while handing down the ruling. “Not all kingpins necessarily deserve a life sentence but you certainly do. You’re a very intelligent and capable person and you chose this life.”
Jimmy Henchman is also facing charges of conspiracy to murder from an incident involving G-Unit member Tony Yayo, who allegedly roughed up his son. The hip-hop mogul allegedly ordered a hit out on Yayo.
Henchman, who is a former manager of The Game, is also suspected of having involvement in the murder of Tupac Shakur.
