Usher and Zaytoven drops his new album “A” with guest feature from Future and Gunna.
Usher links up with producer Zaytoven for his new surprised album titled “A” which is a bit of a tribute to his hometown Atlanta. The 9-track project was executive produced by Zaytoven, another Atlanta legend. Future, who is also a member of the A-Town gang, appeared on the opening track “Stay At Home.” Gunna come through on the single “Gift Shops.” JAY-Z was rumored to be on the album, but it seems that collaboration didn’t come to fruition.
“A” is the follow-up album to Ushers 2016 album “Hard II Love” which received lukewarm reception from fans at the time. This is the R&B legend’s first album since his herpes scandal so it will be interesting to see how fans react.
Usher announced the surprised album on Thursday morning, telling his fans that it will arrive at midnight and he dropped the project right on time.
