Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ document for keeping his personal life from being discussed more openly by people in his circle has been leaked.
The embattled Bad Boy Records founder was denied bond again at his recent bond hearing despite his attorney presenting strict conditions he would adhere to if he should get released from jail pending his May 2025 trial. Prosecutors have indicated that more charges could be forthcoming as a grand jury continues to hear evidence from potential witnesses.
In the meantime, an alleged NDA that Diddy asked participants of his so-called “freak offs” parties has surfaced online. TMZ shared screenshots of the alleged documents that partygoers signed, thus giving away their rights to talk about what went down at the parties. The NDA not only protects Diddy but also shields his family members, spouses, former partners, business associates, and celebrity friends.
The documents outlined a number of things that anyone who signs the document can’t do, including writing tell-all books, giving interviews, or disseminating information about anything related to the parties or events without Diddy’s written consent. Additionally, signees are prohibited from taking photos, videos, records, or livestream Diddy or anyone in his orbit without his written consent. Attendees of his party also cannot share photos of him on social media without his approval.
The outlet reported that the document is pretty standard NDA for celebrities but quite lengthy and protects the rap mogul for an extended period, 70 years or 20 years after his death, whichever comes first. Unfortunately for Diddy, NDAs do not prevent signees from talking to authorities in their investigations. Prosecutors have indicated that they have several witnesses cooperating with their investigations.
“You hereby irrevocably agree that you shall not at any time use of disclose directly or indirectly to anyone any of the following information,” a portion of the document reads. “Artists, Artist parties, and or Artist business activities, entertainment activities, financial affairs and or personal life.”
?Diddy's parties for the rich and famous have long been shrouded in mystery.

Combs was arrested in September 2024 and hit with charges of racketeering, kidnapping, and sex trafficking. The entertainment mogul has maintained his innocence and vows to fight the charges and clear his name. His attorney also indicated that he is “eager” to testify in his trial to tell his side of the story. Diddy is currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, the same facility where Tekashi 6ix9ine is being held for probation violation.
