Cardi B was tapped for Blueface’s “Thotiana” remix with French Montana and YG.
West Coast rapper Blueface is the artist to watch this year because he is blowing up big and already inked several record deals including a deal with Cash Money Records. His breakout single “Thotiana” has been doing very well, and now the track is poised for even greater things with a remix on the way with Cardi B, French Montana and YG.
In a video posted on Instagram Story, Blueface confirmed that he secured the leading female rapper in the game right now for the remix. He had already established that Montana and YG would be on the track, so Cardi B is the newest addition, and we doubt there will be any more features on the track.
The original version of the single “Thotiana” is currently number 28 on Billboard Hot 100 chart and climbing, so you can expect the remix to debut in the top ten. The remix will help give the Los Angeles rapper more credibility among his peers in hip-hop.
Blue was arrested in Los Angeles last week and charged with possession of an illegal firearm. He is currently out on bail pending the outcome of that court case.
