Jhene Aiko has stepped forward to address cheating allegations.
Penny did an interview yesterday with Dotty on BBC Radio’s 1Xtra Breakfast Show where she opened up about her relationship with Big Sean and one of the takeaways from the interview is that she cheated on her ex-boyfriend to go on a date with Sean Don. Jhene Aiko is now clearing the air saying that she never cheated and people got it all wrong.
“I saw a negative spirited tweet about myself, with lots of retweets and likes based on one QUOTE from a FULL interview that was about ONE MOMENT in my life in which I did nothing but go to a basketball game lol this quote has turned into gossip because of speculation,” Aiko wrote on Twitter.
She also made it clear that the person she was in a relationship with was not Dot Da Genius. “In 2012 I was in a relationship w/someone who was secretly still married to his baby’s mother the whole year and a half we were together… this person was not Dot,” she continues.
That should clear some air about the interview that she did, but she never addressed her relationship and rumored marriage to producer Dot Da Genius. The two finalized their divorce last October, a year after she filed divorce docs.
