50 Cent promises that his next move will shock you.
The rap mogul has been conquering Television and the big screen in the past few years but it sounds like his best is yet to come. 50 Cent is one of the most commercially successful rappers of all-time with his debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ selling close to 10 million copies in the United States to date and has been certified 6× platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). Not many rappers have achieved that amount of album sales from just one project.
Following the release of the album, 50 Cent went on to star in his own movie Get Rich or Die Tryin’ (film) released in 2005. The film chronicles 50 Cent life from before fame where he was shot 9 times in Queens, NY in 2000 and survived. The biopic raked in $46.4 million at the Box Office.
50 Cent is now using that fame to push his career in acting and television production and so far it’s been working very well for him with his show Power being the second highest rated series on premium cable only behind HBO’s Game of Thrones. So this announcement peaks everyone interest to know what is he coming out with next. “I’m gonna shock you all with my next move, I’m focused this year coming is gonna be so much fun. Since making the statement on IG, Fiddy has not given any additional details on what’s next for him, and he has not made any additional posts since then. Last week, he hinted that he wants to get actor Gerard Butler on Power, but says he will have to come up with a bigger budget. We also know that he signed a new deal with STARZ over the summer after complaining about the network.
