Busy Signal getting back his United States visa couldn’t come at a better time for the deejay.
The Turf Boss touched down on U.S. soil last week for the first time in 15 years as a free man. The last time Busy Signal was in the states, he was in handcuff and branded as a criminal for a drug charge dated a decade back. The dancehall artist was a fugitive for a decade before getting arrested at the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston in 2012.
Sources inside the Turf camp told Urban Islandz that Busy Signal is the most requested dancehall artists in the U.S. and Europe right now. “He is the most sought after dancehall artist in the States and Europe right now,” sources told us. “His upcoming tour dates in Germany, Sweden, and Italy have already sold out and we are thinking about adding more dates.
Sources also told us that they are planning a major North American tour this year.
