Drake has confirmed that his highly anticipated album “Views From The 6” will be released on April 29, 2016.
The 6 God made the announcement on Saturday during his OVOSOUND Radio show episode 19.
“Views is dropping April 29,” Drizzy said. “It’s something that I’ve been working really hard on, myself and 40. Trying to craft a lifestyle track, a sound for our city. It’s not a short ting. There’s a lot of music on there.”
The Toronto emcee also confirmed the release date in a promo video posted on Twitter.

Over the last two weeks, Drake has released a few singles off the album including “Pop Style” with Kanye West and Jay Z, “One Dance,” and “Controlla” featuring dancehall star Popcaan.
There are also rumors that Popcaan could be featured on another single off the album.
Last year Drake released two albums, “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late” and a joint effort with Future “What A Time To Be Alive.”
Drizzy is also seeing tremendous success with Rihanna on their latest collaborative single “Work.” The catchy dancehall track has topped Billboard Hot 100 for 10 consecutive weeks.
