On if she was nervous.
“I have to say I a most nervous singing at home because at home the Jamaican crowd you don’t known what they what and they are the toughest crowd. So for me I have to keep telling myself its just another show… I remember being on that stage and walking on that stage telling myself its just another show so just sing.”
On why she choose that song.
“I chose that song because that is the song I perform in most of my auditions so it’s always there somewhere. Not only do I believe that Pink is a fantastic performer and vocalist. I felt like that was what I was doing… getting up and trying again because everybody in this business will know that you experience a lot of yes and a lot of no.”
On Shaggy persuading her to go on The Voice.
“Shaggy came to me with the suggestion that there is this opportunity and I really think that it would be an amazing stepping stone and platform for you to pursue. I was like I don’t know and am I even allowed to do that, but he really encouraged me.”
