Fans of Caribbean-American rap star Nicki Minaj has once again fallen victim to false concert promotion, forcing the Young Money star to address the matter on Twitter.
According to Minaj, a scammer is promoting her to appear in New Jersey next month.
“I will NOT. I repeat. NOT!!!! Will NOT be @ the Prudential Center in NJ on the 28th. WILL NOT!!!!! Pls RT,” she tweeted Sunday (September 26th).
“Another fraudulent show being promoted. I am NOT contracted to be in Jersey on the 28th of October. God bless.#itspinkfridayhoe.”
Last week, tickets sales for a fake Minaj show at Montclair State University were posted on the school’s Twitter page.
“Stay tuned for information about **Nicki Minaj** concert ticketsales!!! Info coming soon!!!,” a tweet read from September 15th.
“It’s official: Tickets for the Nicki Minaj Concert (10/8) will go on sale Wednesday, 9/22, 8:30am-2pm, SC Quad….http://fb.me/FgwLmZPP”
Minaj was forced to address these fake concerts also.
