Toni Braxton has confirmed her relationship with Birdman.
The R&B legend opened up about the rumored engagement for the first time in the trailer for the new season of her reality show Braxton Family Values set to premiere next month. In the clip, Braxton told her family that she has a big announcement to make. “I have an announcement to make, I’m engaged!” she said. Toni Braxton also showed off her giant canary yellow diamond ring.
She previously revealed on the Wendy Williams Show that she is not married and blame the engagement/married rumors on her big mouth sister Tamar Braxton. The music icon and Birdman have been rumored to be engaged since last year November after being dating for over a year.
The “Breathe Again” singer and the Cash Money exec were first spotted out together in public at the 2016 BET Awards and since then they have been inseparable since then. The rapper even appeared at a few of her shows last year when she called him out on stage.
Toni Braxton is getting ready to release her first solo studio album in almost a decade, Sex and Cigarettes. The project is slated to arrive later this year.
