Pharrell Williams contributed his latest single “Able,” to the soundtrack for the motion picture Hidden Figures. The movie is set for release in theaters on December 25. Starring Taraji P. Henson, Octavia Spencer, Janelle Monáe, the film tells the story of three African American women who provide NASA with crucial mathematical data to help launch the first rocket into space.
Janelle Monae is also featured on the soundtrack with more contribution from Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige. We have also already heard three singles from the project “Surrender” which features Lalah Hathaway, “Crave” and “Runnin.”
