Diddy allegedly confessed to ordering the killing of 2Pac. At least, that is what an alleged male sex worker is claiming in a new lawsuit against the mogul.

The Diddy saga has become a never-ending maze of allegations ranging from rape and murder to sex trafficking and racketeering. The Bad Boy Records founder, whose given name is Sean Combs, is currently in jail at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Center, MDC, in New York, awaiting trial following his arrest in September last year.

Since his arrest, Diddy has been hit with numerous lawsuits and allegations from dozens of individuals. In a bombshell legal filing on Wednesday, February 26, an unnamed individual, identified only as John Doe, alleges that he was brought on board by Diddy in 2012 after connecting through a Florida-based male escort agency.

Shortly after, during a rendezvous at a New York City hotel, the claimant asserts that the music mogul directed him to engage in “oral and penetrative acts” with a woman present at the meeting.

According to TMZ, the unnamed accuser alleges that the female in question is also a high-profile witness in the federal case against Diddy in New York. The male accuser also claimed that he was drugged either through baby oil he claimed that Diddy rubbed on his body or by water he was given to drink. He said in his lawsuit that the drugging made him lose control over his body movements, and that’s when the mogul followed him to a bathroom where the alleged assault occurred.

Following that incident, the alleged male escort claimed that Diddy threatened him to stay quiet about the alleged encounter by referencing the infamous 1996 2Pac murder. “I’m not f—ing playing with you. If I can get ‘Pac hit, what the f— do you think can happen to you?” the billionaire mogul allegedly told the alleged victim.

Diddy responds to 2Pac allegation

Like all the other lawsuits, Diddy’s legal team denies the allegation while questioning why the accuser did not put their real name behind the allegation. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” Diddy’s attorney told TMZ.

In the meantime, federal authorities have indicated that more charges could be forthcoming for Diddy, who is already facing some serious charges that could put him away behind bars for decades. The plaintiff in this new lawsuit is also willing to cooperate with authorities in their case against him.

Diddy’s federal trial is set to begin in May this year.
