Lizzo is getting a lot of support from her fans after sporting additional weight loss after Thanksgiving.
The “Truth Hurts” singer has been sharing her weight loss journey all year with clips of herself hitting the gym and eating healthier options. After shedding a lot of weight, Lizzo was hit with allegations that she was taking the popular weight loss drug Ozempic, and even the South Park animated series made fun of her over it. She would respond to the rumors on Halloween Day by wearing an Ozempic costume, letting her haters know that she was unfazed.
Fans were again stunned when Lizzo shared a few photos and videos of herself after the Thanksgiving Day holiday, showing even more weight loss. “Watch me defy gravity on these greens & turkey wings b–ch,” she wrote. “Yall wasn’t the only ones eating yesterday.”
Lizzo has again shown tremendous confidence and her ability to turn negative comments online into laughter or in her favor. The singer, who has been heavily criticized over the years for her weight, remains defiant as she pushes back against critics.
In the meantime, the “Pink” singer is getting a lot of support from her fans after posting her latest weight loss. “Lizzo you are so beautiful @lizzobeeating you make me happy and you motivate me to want to change and eat better and be better,” one fan wrote. Another added, “Baby you been stepping on necks and I love it dont let up boo you are beautiful and always have been.”
Aside from hitting the gym and losing weight, Lizzo is also hitting the studio, putting in work on new music. The singer is readying her fifth studio album, due sometime in 2025. The project will be the follow-up to her 2022 album, Special, which debut at No. 2 on the US Billboard 200 chart after moving 69,000 equivalent album units in its first week.
