Ray J claims his life is in danger following his recent comments about Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
The R&B singer shared a video on his Instagram Story claiming that someone tried to shoot him and said he would not apologize for his recent comments aimed at the embattled rap mogul. Ray J has come under fire from Nicki Minaj, 50 Cent, and others for some comments he made against Diddy, alleging that he is aware of other celebrities involved in similar things the hip-hop icon is accused of.

The Love and Hip Hop alum is known to make outlandish comments that go viral, but this time, he is claiming that his recent comments might put his life in danger. “N—-s just tried to shoot me and tried to kill me and you want me to apologize n—a? F— you,” Ray J said defiantly in the black-and-white clip.
The singer didn’t share any additional details about the alleged shooting incident immediately, but he will likely shed more light on his new TV platform as he looks to grow his ratings.
Ray J recently got into a verbal altercation with Diddy’s sons, Christian Combs, Justin Combs, and Quincy Brown, in a parking lot in Los Angeles. The men had just attended a Halloween party when the incident went down. Fortunately, Chris Brown and Ray J’s manager stepped in and squashed things before it became physical. Wack 100, a close associate of the former LHH star, has since sent a threatening message to the Combs brothers to leave Ray J alone.

The reality star is now getting support from some fans who are urging the Combs brothers to let cooler heads prevail. “Christian Combs gotta chill,” one fan wrote, while another added, “It’s a terrible year when ppl trying to kill Ray J. He must be protected.”
Following his recent Instagram Live with Nicki Minaj, Ray J says he took full accountability for what he said about Diddy and about wanting to name other celebrities. “I take full accountability!! ILL DO BETTER,” he wrote. Perhaps now he is having a change of heart following the shooting incident he mentioned.
