Eminem gets some aid from his soldier Obie Trice who just dropped a Nick Cannon diss track, “Spanky Hayes.”
When will Eminem respond? That seems to be the anxiety among fans after listening to Cannons diss track. However, we are seeing rappers aligned to Em, take sides, and throw jabs at Nick. Obie Trice, signed previously to Shady Records, came to the defense of his former boss. On Tuesday, Trice dropped a diss track specifically aimed at Nick Cannon. Inspired by former Wild n Outcast member, Carlos Hayes, Obie raps over Jay Z instrumental, 30 Something. The “Spanky Hayes” track is produced by Dr. Dre – Ems mentor to the music industry. Trice goes after Cannon and his acolytes, in a little over a minute.
“I know everything you’re tryna do, we been doing this since 20-zero-2, when we had to eat up Ja Rule,” Obie spits before taking it deeper. “Homie used to beat your b*tch ovaries….Ask the twins how the homie’s scrotum tastes.”
Just released from prison on an assault charge, Trice is hungry for some action. “Y’all ni**as are broads, you really charlatans, y’all frauds (yeah) Y’all ain’t ready for real, Detroit City b*tch, you get killed.”
Last week marked the start of the fiasco after Fat Joe released “Lord Above” with Shady as a feature. The Detroit rapper took several shots at Cannon and his former wife Mariah Carey. Nick responded by dropping two diss tracks, “The Invitation” and “Pray For Him.” The latter track arrived this Tuesday morning.
The only responses Nick got from Em are two tweets denying any involvement in the alleged activity. He went further to demand an apology.
