Chris Brown and Jasmine Sanders are just “old friends.”
It’s easy to jump to conclusions about celebrity romances, but singer Chris Brown made sure to stop the rumors before they even started when posting a picture of himself and model Jasmine Sanders snuggled up at the club. The picture, featured on Brown’s Instagram story, was posted with the caption, “Old FRIENDS…she literally told me to get the f*ck off her after the flash…” Sanders was looking stunning and poised in the impromptu shot, rocking red lipstick and smirking at the camera.
The two have been linked as possibly dating since 2010, when, in an interview with Angie Martinez, Brown confirmed that there was something going on between the now-friends, but nothing official ever came of the budding romance. Now, however, Chris clearly wants to prevent any rumors from making rounds after posing with Sanders for a casual selfie.
Chris Brown has had a turbulent dating life, to say the least, most recently dealing with an on-again-off-again relationship with Instagram model Ammika Harris. Harris gave birth to Brown’s baby boy last month, the “Loyal” singer’s second child and Harris’ first. The sometimes-couple are not currently together according to the most recent reports, but both parents shared their excitement over the birth of their son through cryptic Instagram posts including a photo of Chris in a hoodie with the word “Born” printed on it, and an Instagram story post from Harris stating, “I was in love, when I first saw you.”
As for Jasmine Sanders, the model called it quits with television personality and host Terrence J in 2018 after an unfortunate car accident revealed that he was seeing another woman on the side. She moved on to dating NBA player Kelly Oubre, Jr., but that relationship is said to have ended in September of this year. While both Breezy and Sanders appear to be on the market, for now they are “just friends.”
