Kodak Black dishes out over $5,000 in gift cards to families in need and fans for Thanksgiving.
Last year Kodak Black found a new passion in the form of giving back to the public. In 2018 the rapper donated over $10,000.00 to a non-profit provider of early childhood education, Jack & Jill Children’s Center. He also opted to pay for the funeral of Kendrick Castillo from Colorado, who died while trying to stop a shooter at STEM School Highlands Ranch in Denver.
With all the good he has embarked on, he has still faced one of the toughest years of his life, being sentenced to 46 months being bars. There is also a possibility of the Florida rapper getting an additional 30 years behind bars for additional gun charges. He is clearly not letting these things stop him from continuing what he started, spreading good cheer in this holiday season.
Kodak Black’s lawyer took to Instagram to post an image of a number of Publix gift cards scattered across a table. The post was captioned, “@kodakblack as usual with every Thanksgiving and Christmas starts gifting early and this year, besides giving to charitable organizations like recently providing thanking dinner to 75 needy families for Paradise Childcare, childcare for low income families in need…he is giving away 1000s of dollars in Publix gift cards directly to needy families in Broward and Dade County for Thanksgiving.”
If you are living in Florida, you could be the recipient of one of these gift cards.
