SZA is an undercover superhero doing what she can to help save a fan’s life.
Grammy-nominated R&B star SZA doesn’t just uplift people with her music, she helps fans behind the scenes too as the singer went out of her way several times to help a fan with a life-changing illness. On Tuesday, a fan revealed on Twitter that SZA has donated money towards her chemotherapy treatments and promoted a campaign to help the young lady find a kidney donor, amongst other things after she was diagnosed with Lupus and Crohn’s disease.
“SZA gave me her #, got me into two concerts of hers free & on tour bus,” the fan said in response to the question “What’s the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you?” The woman whose Twitter name was @leahjavon said Sza “sent me & my wife to Universal Studios before I started chemo, helped me pay for chemo, donated $ (which will remain undisclosed), shared my fundraiser several times, & helped find me a kidney.”

The fan also posted photos of the two together on SZA’s tour bus on what looks like at least two different occasions. Back in 2017, Solana “SZA” Rowe herself tweeted out the fan’s cause in hopes of helping her find a match for a kidney donor.
