Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj won a MTV Video Music Award for “Hot Girl Summer.”
There is no doubt that Thee Stallion and Nicki dropped one of the hottest singles this summer and the fans have spoken. Megan Thee Stallion performed at the pre-show event on Monday night when she picked up a VMAs moon man for Best Power Anthem. The Houston rapper performed “HGS” and “Cash Sh*t” at the MTV VMAs 2019 pre-show. She shared her reaction on IG after her very first performance and getting her very first award.
“Oh my GODDD!!! I literally want to cry ! This is my FIRST VMAS, MY FIRST PRE SHOW PERFORMANCE, AND MY FIRST MOON MAN thank y’all so much thank you to everyone who supports me I promise to keep leveling up,” she wrote while sharing a clip of herself with her Moon Man in hand.
Nicki Minaj was not present at this year’s MTV VMAs and neither did she shared her reaction on social media at the time of this publication. The music video for “Hot Girl Summer” is on the way.
