Govana drops off the visual for his party anthem “Cups Up.”
The “Cups Up” video is another in a series of HQ videos released by Govana. “Let mi switch it up a little fi dem / Who dat Govi Govi in the city again,” the 4th Genna deejay spits. Dancehall artistes in recent times seemed to be adopting an approach of producing high quality music videos to match their new singles. Therefore, it’s no surprise that this video is among the top trending dancehall videos on YouTube this week. Genna leader Aidonia also made a cameo in the RDStudios-directed cut.
Govana is one of the surprised dancehall act to rise to stardom over the past three years. Not only is he scoring some massive hits these days, but also consistently doing it.
