Lil Wayne might be calling it quits from the Blink-182 tour.

We probably all scratched our heads a little bit when we heard New Orleans rap icon Lil Wayne and rock band Blink-182 were going on tour, together. Seeing both fan bases come together would be an interesting sight. Nevertheless, the North American 2019 tour kicked off at the end of June and seemed to have been going well, that is until Thursday night. Lil Wayne stopped the show in the middle of his set at Jiffy Lube Live venue in Bristow, Virginia, and told the crowd that Thursday may have been his last night on the tour.

“I just want the people to know if you’re wondering…please forgive me, but I am so not used to performing to a crowd and it’s not too many … That’s not my swagg. I’m not sure how long I’m going to be able to do this tour,” Wayne said. “But make some noise for Blink-182 for including me anyway. This might be my last night though.”

Many fans captured the moment on video and spread it across social media. One fan in attendance said the 36-year-old rapper only performed for about 20 minutes. It is unclear what exactly Lil Wayne’s complaint about the crowd was, but other concertgoers on social media claimed he said there was a lack of rap fans in the crowd.

There are 29 more tour dates left. Thursday night was the eleventh stop on the tour. It has not yet been confirmed if Wayne is officially calling it quits, but the next show is Saturday, July 13 in Bangor, Maine, so I guess fans will have to see if Wayne had a change of heart.

Weezy dropped the long-awaited Tha Carter V album back in October that went No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 200 charts, after settling a years-long legal battle with Birdman and Universal.
