Beyoncé and her daughter, Blue Ivy Carter, channels The Lion King at the 2019 Wearable Art Gala.
It was almost like we were back to the days of Sasha Fierce, don’t we all miss Beyonce‘s alter-ego. The pop star attended the third annual Wearable Art Gala in Santa Monica, Calif. this weekend. She donned an outfit bearing the face of a lion on her chest with feathers and other decorative ensembles. The theme of the year was “A Journey to the Pride Lands.”
By now you would’ve already known that Beyonce is among the star-studded cast of The Lion King reboot where she stars as Nala. She slays her custom Georges Hobeika outfit which she completes with a shimmering gold cape.
Beyonce and JAY-Z’s daughter Blue Ivy also slay her outfit, which is a colorful African dress complete with traditional African headpiece. Bey shared a video of the 7-year-old lip-syncing “Circle of Life” while they were on their way to the Wearable Art Gala.
