Blac Youngsta is celebrating a major legal victory after his shooting case involving Young Dolph was dismissed.

Blac Youngsta celebrated the ruling by sharing a message he received from his attorney. He captioned the post, “I’m Innocent.” In May 2017, the Memphis rapper was slapped with six felony counts of discharging a weapon into occupied property and one count of conspiracy. All the charges were dropped after the Charlotte District Attorney’s Office says there is zero evidence that Youngsta was driving the vehicle that shot up an SUV that Young Dolph was sitting in.

The shooting incident took placed in Charlotte, NC in February 2017. Young Dolph escaped unhurt likely because the SUV was bulletproof. Fingers were immediately pointed towards Blac Youngsta who has a long-standing beef with Dolph. According to TMZ, the D.A. says that Youngsta was not ID’d by any witnesses and there is no evidence linking him to the crime scene. The Memphis rapper also has an alibi placing him in Durham, NC at the time of the shooting.

Dolph’s attackers fired more than 100 rounds at the SUV, and it’s a miracle that he is still alive. Young Dolph said at the time that Blac Youngsta tried to kill him because of jealousy. Youngsta turned himself in to police in May 2017 after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The message that BY shared on his Instagram from his attorney reads, “I hope you’re ready for some good news. All of your charges in Charlotte have been DISMISSED. It’s time TO celebrate A victory. I told you when you brought me on your case, losing was not an option. We’ve sacrificed sleep working on your case because I’m not just your lawyer, this was a family fight lil bruh. Those are FACTS.”
