It was like a movie, and it’s good to see Meek Mill and Drake being friends again.
From being friends to bitter foes and back to friends again, we’ve seen the best and worst of Meek Mill and Drake relationship. The two rappers use to be friends, more like brothers before their infamous beef in 2015. You can recall that feud was allegedly instigated by Nicki Minaj who reportedly told the Philly rapper, who she was dating at the time, that her labelmate Drake is using a ghostwriter.
Meek and Drizzy has now put that bad patch between them in the pass and are now friends and collaborators again. Drake made an appearance on Meek Mill’s new album Championships, and now we have some visuals for their single “Going Bad.” The Kid Art-directed cut saw cameos from T.I., Nipsey Hustle, Shy Glizzy, DJ Mustard, J Prince, Jas Prince, and Swizz Beatz, who were all decked out in their suits.
“The video is a classic man this is really dope right here keep up the good work Drake and Meek we love the video and we love the unity,” one fan wrote while another added, “Meek has a billion dollar smile … I just noticed TI was in this video. I wonder if there’s going to be a remix with him in it. Again, I love this song and video a lot.”
