The hip-hop community is reacting to the death of rapper XXXTentacion who was shot and killed in Miami on Monday (June 18).
Artists like Chris Brown, Kanye West, J. Cole, Lil Yachty, Ski Mask The Slump God, Meek Mill, Lil Xan, 2 Chainz, Tekashi 6ix9ine, and Juicy J are just a few names who shared their reaction and send their condolences to XXXTentacion‘s family and friends. “Rest in peace I never told you how much you inspired me when you were here thank you for existing,” Kanye wrote on Twitter.
“This got me f**ked up. RIP X. Enormous talent and limitless potential and a strong desire to be a better person. God bless his family, friends and fans,” J. Cole tweeted. XXXtentacion was age 20 at the time of his death which sent shock-waves throughout the hip hop community. The Broward County Sheriff Department is investigating the crime as a homicide but so far no arrest has been made.
