Tekashi 6ix9ine might be heading back to jail base on some cryptic posts he made on social media.
New York rapper 6ix9ine has raised eyebrows on Tuesday hinting that he is in a world of legal troubles. The self-proclaim King of New York reportedly skipped his court date because he didn’t complete his GED as ordered by a judge. In an unexpected move, Tekashi69 deleted all his Instagram posts and then his management made a post announcing the release of his new single “Gotti” which begs the question, is this a publicity stunt or is he in some legal troubles.
“MANAGEMENT: TEKASHI WONT BE BACK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. HE’S DECIDED TO RELEASE THE OFFICIAL AUDIO TO GOTTI TODAY FOR YOU GUYS, LINK IS IN HIS BIO. WE’LL UPDATE YOU GUYS ON HIS BEHALF FOR THE TIME BEING. GO LISTEN TO GOTTI NOW! LINK IN HIS BIO. HE LOVES YOU GUYS! #69,” the post reads.
Sources told us that Tekashi 6ix9ine didn’t show up to his court date on Tuesday (April 10, 2018) because the hearing was postponed because the court didn’t have a copy of his official GED results. This may mean that a future court hearing will be announced sometime soon and or he is currently in jail awaiting his next hearing.
6ix9ine has an ongoing case before the courts regarding a rape case involving a minor. The victim involved in the sexual misconduct case was age thirteen at the time of the alleged crime. The crime carries a sentence up to 15 years in New York, but the judge gave him a chance for a much-reduced punishment if he completes his GED.
In January he failed to complete his GED before his court hearing and the judge gave him a second chance to get it done. He promised he will not let up until he completes it so it’s now unclear if he did,, in fat, complete his GED before today’s court hearing.
Here is a video of Tekashi 6ix9ine telling his fans to pray for him as he gets ready to face the judge.
