Sean Paul is getting “Mad Love” from Billboard.
The dancehall legend scores another Billboard Top 10 song with “Mad Love” featuring Becky G and David Guetta. The song is currently sitting at No. 13 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart down from No. 9 last week. The track is expected to return to the top ten on the chart with the upcoming music video. Becky G added some flavor to the electro/dancehall banger. Her place on the track was originally meant for Shakira, but in the end, Becky G delivered.
Sean Paul is currently working on a new album which will be his first since signing a new record deal with Island Records. The last two years have been two big years for the dancehall hitmaker who surprised the music world with some big comeback records. In 2016, he scored a Billboard Hot 100 number one single with Sia’s “Cheap Thrills.” The record was also named Song of the Summer.
