Tyga releases his new album KYOTO and you can stream and download it on iTunes/Apple Music.
T-Raww has been working on the new project since last year and now it’s finally here. The album comes with 14 tracks including a track that features Gucci Mane “Sip A Lil” and another track with Tory Lanez “Faithful.” The last single on the project “Holdin On” features 24hrs. The Compton rapper comes in solo for the rest of the project.
KYOTO is the follow up to Tyga’s album B*tchImTheSh*t2 which was released in July last year. That album peaked at No. 139 on the chart, so naturally, Tyga is looking for some better commercial numbers for this project. Since his split from Kylie Jenner at the top of 2017, the G.O.O.D. Music rapper has been slowly coming back to his own in hip hop with a steady stream of new music.
Tyga sparked some controversies last month when he released the explicit artwork for the single on IG. Some fans think that image is just too lewd for the public domain, but nevertheless, he decided to block out the critics and proceed full speed ahead with the artwork. “I been wanting to make this album for a while now but didn’t have the confidence and the story to express my true emotions,” he wrote.
“I thank all the love and support you have given me over the years,” he continues. Thru my ups and downs,At My highest and my lowest points.Thru my brightest and darkest hours. This album is me opening my heart to you and I hope you enjoy it and love it as much as I do. THANK YOU GOD ALWAYS. Thank You Hajime Sorayama for allowing me to share this experience with the world thru your creative art & my vision.”
