Kodak Black new album Heart Break Kodak is now out.
The Incarcerated rapper has been working on the project since last year and was working on it up until the time of his arrest in January. The project arrives with 17 tracks with Lil Wayne and Tory Lanez who is featured on “Codeine Dreaming” and “F**k With You” respectively. The album is largely about the ups and downs of relationships and romance hence the idea of dropping it on Valentine’s Day.
Heart Break Kodak is the follow up to his 2017 album Project Baby Two: All Grown Up. Last year, the Pompano Beach rapper released two versions of the album Project Baby 2 and Painting Pictures which arrived in March last year.
Not even prison can’t slow Kodak Black down, yesterday a source around the rapper told Urban Islandz that he has a ton of unreleased music so even if he is behind bars, his team can still drop new material. “They painting a picture like Kodak is some bum at home on house arrest smoking week and drinking, but he is one of the hardest working mother**** in the game right now,” sources said. “Nobody work harder that Kodak period, free Kodak.”
Outside of dropping new music, Kodak Black is facing a mountain of legal troubles stemming from his arrest on January 19th at his home. He was slapped with seven charges ranging from child endangerment, marijuana possession, and grand theft of a firearm. Cops say he also violated his probation, but Kodak is saying the gun found in his home is not his and his attorney argued that there is no body camera footage from cops to prove that they found the weapon at his home. His next court date is set for February 23.
