Kendrick Lamar and his labelmate SZA dropped the video for their Black Panther collaborative single “All The Stars.”
The cut was directed by Dave Meyers and the little homies which won a Grammy for their work on Kendrick’s “HUMBLE” music video and “LOYALTY” featuring Rihanna. The visuals for “All The Stars” only serves to get us more pumped for the upcoming Black Panther superhero movie. The overall theme of the video was inspired by the move and in one scene you can see the Compton rapper walking with real black panthers.
In another part of the video, you will find Kendrick Lamar surrounded by a contingent of tribal dancers after being hoisted over a crowd of his loyal supporters. The scenery was inspired by the infamous fictional Kingdom of Wakanda where the movie is set. SZA made a grand appearance in the video dancing in the stars. Towards the end of the video, you will find K-Dot walking among some giant females.
