Kalado just reminds us why J Capri was important to dancehall and well will forever miss her.
The deejay recently premiered the video for his J Capri assisted single “Adultery.” It’s been a year now since the dancehall songstress has passed away but there was a clip available of her used in the video for the catchy single.
Kalado says the song tackles something that ordinary relationships are faced with. “It’s a song that inspires a lot of emotions from fans because it is relatable,” he said. “I had recorded J Capri on my phone in studio before she died and wanted to use that footage in the video. We build from the concept of us ‘facetiming’ each other, and it came across perfectly.”
