Tyga‘s never ending legal woes continues with a new lawsuit from a process server.
Back in November, Tyga was served legal documents as he was entering The Penthouse nightclub in WeHo for his birthday celebration. In the below video you can see a man pushing some paperwork on Tyga and members of his entourage immediately attacked the server, one of them choking him.
Fast forward three months and the G.O.O.D. Music rapper found himself lawsuit from said process server, who complained in his lawsuit that he was “grabbed, yanked, pulled and choked” by members of the rapper’s crew, TMZ reported. The unnamed process server also refers to Tyga in his legal docs as a minor celebrity known for his social life than his rapping. Talk about the disrespect.
As to whether or not he will win this lawsuit only time will tell. But he should also know that its next to impossible to collect any money from Tyga so there will likely be no out of court settlement. But so far he has this video in his favor.
