R&B singer Lloyd has a new EP titled “TRU” and one of the hottest singles of the project is his collaborative single with Lil Wayne “Holding.” The two artists have worked on incredible singles in the past so it’s no surprise that we see their chemistry comes out on this joint.
In 2008 they both worked on “Girls Around The World” which was a monster hit and again in 2011 they teamed up on “Dedication To My Ex.” Outkast legend Andre 3000 also appeared on the later. The TRU EP is now available on iTunes but you can listen to Lloyd and Lil Wayne new track “Holding” below and dissect the lyrics.
“I’m lost when you’re not in my clutch / That’s the cost for loving you so much / The love feels better than an indo / Like the love made to the right tempo / You was there when them people came knocking / When I wasn’t on top you was rocking / In the middle of lip locking,” Lloyd sings.
