Hip Hop artists are reacting to Donald Trump winning the U.S. presidency.
During the long and bitter campaign for the highest office in the land, hip hop was often divided on how to vote but most artists were not in support of Trump. With a stunning upset on Tuesday night, Trump left not just half of the country stunned, but also the good folks in hip hop like Snoop Dogg, T.I., Chance the Rapper, Yo Gotti, The Game, Charlamagne Tha God, Jeezy, Remy Ma, Diddy and more.
T.I. posted a photo of Barrack and Michelle Obama on Instagram and wrote, “We sorry guys…I swear on my life,If I could’ve done more I would’ve. We all deserve better. We just gotta live through this&prepare ourselves for what’s next. We appreciate what you guys tried to do for US ALL as a nation. Unfortunately we weren’t ALL ready for the change you wanted to bring about. Still, we love you & appreciate you for the HOPE your gave our community. We’ll miss y’all!!!! But Unfortunately, it seems like we’ve been brought back to a worse place than we were in before. In your honor we’ll remain honorable, respectable & continue to strive for greatness. I’ll never let our dream die!!! WE CAN STILL DO IT.”
I was wrong. I thought America couldn't possibly disappoint me more than it already had. But, I was wrong. RIP America.

Azalea Banks was perhaps one of few happy rappers celebrating Donald Trump presidency.
