Drake is not completely over Rihanna and it will be evident in his new single set to be release on OVOSOUND this weekend.
Sources inside OVO tipped us off about a track the Toronto rapper recorded where he directly addresses his breakup with the pop star and his feelings about their relationship and towards her. We’re told that there are a lot of resentments on Drizzy’s part.
“We are testing some new singles to see the response ahead of the new album next month,” sources told us. “One of the tracks will delve into some heartbreak sh*t with a recent relationship. It’s a deep and dope joint that will give a different story from what you’ve been seeing circulating over the past couple weeks. Dope dope track that will showcase Drake’s versatility as an artist.”

This would mark around the third time that Drake and Rihanna rekindled their relationship and then break. In fact it never lasted for more than a few months. Our OVO sources are telling us that this time things were bitter and tense between the two and may very well be the last of Aubrih.
“Things was bitter and tense and clearly there are some unfinished business but as for getting back together, doubt that will ever happen again,” sources said. “It’s not the first could definitely be the last.”
Drake and Rihanna split in October after rekindling their relationship earlier this year while working on their chart topper “Work.” They were inseparable since then at least until last month with the Bajan pop star making frequent guest appearances on his Summer Sixteen Tour. But towards the end of that trek, the couple abruptly call it quits and there was no RiRi at Drake’s 30ths birthday party last month.
Rihanna was the first one to break her silence on the split with a very direct message on Instagram at the beginning of October where she said that she is not the reason for their breakup because none of her exes are happily married or in a happy relationship.
There were also some rumors last month that Drake was cheating on Rihanna with reality star India Love.
Drake will be dropping new music on OVOSOUND Radio on Apple Music this weekend.
