Mac Miller finally graced us with his new album “The Divine Feminine” which was released on Thursday night (September 15).
The project has been getting some great reviews inside hip hop circles with fans on social media calling it his best effort. The 10-track album saw guest features from the likes of Anderson .Paak., Kendrick Lamar, Ty Dolla $ign, Njomza, Ceelo Green, Ariana Grande, and Bilal.
Mac Miller calls the new album a career risk during an interview with J Cruz on Power 106 radio in Los Angeles. “Some might say that I’m taking a risk. ‘Cause I wasn’t sitting there like, every song, I gotta out-rap everyone and throw the bars in there, you know what I mean, there’s a lot of signing, My voice is my main instrument so I gotta know how to use that in every way possible.”
There are two singles on the album that were previously released “My Favorite” and “Dang” are both doing well. The album “The Divine Feminine” is now available for streaming on Apple Music and Spotify.
