Kelly Rowland is one busy mama right now, with raising her newborn son Titan Jewell, a reoccuring role on Empire, and recording her upcoming album.
The former Destiny’s Child singer is about to get even busier with her new docu-series Chasing Destiny. Rowland pass through at The Breakfast Club on Tuesday where she opened up about a lot of topics including her new show, Destiny’s Child reunion, and her relationship with Beyonce.
“We haven’t talked about it,” she said about getting back the group together. “I’ll see Michelle tomorrow or the next day and the last time me and Bey were together was like two weeks ago when I stopped by rehearsals. We talk about everything else. We really, really do. We talk about playdates with the kids and vacations and new opportunities. She’s excited about this group, super excited.”
Kelly Rowland also noted that she didn’t really want to do a reality show, but she is enjoying filming her 10 part series so far.
“I didn’t want to do a reality show,” she said. “I didn’t want to feel like it was a formula type of show. I wanted cameras just to roll because realness of it all is stuff just happens all the time. I don’t think that it’s the type of situation that a talent competition can encompass.”
