Christopher Martin teams up with Busy Signal for a new dancehall banger “Steppin.”
According to the dancehall singjay, he knew that he had a hit on his hands from the moment he first heard the Robert Livingston-produced single.
“The song was done and complete, and then Busy heard it, loved it, and said he was going to go on it, and that’s exactly what he did,” Christopher Martin said. “If the track was at 90, he brought it to 180. The doubled it up. It’s crazy. Anytime the song drops, even without the vocals, from the instrumental drop the club just goes crazy.”

this is what dancehall artists should have been doing all along, look at all the great collabs that dancehall has been robbed of just because artists stubborn and divided. we shoulda have nuff aidonia, busy, mavado, kartel, demarco, konshens, sasco etc etc etc.. collabs by now but none of those artists have worked together smh. idk why dancehall artists fraid a each other. it robs the genre of great music, great exposure, and great vibes.
