Kendrick Lamar is again blazing up hip hop airwaves with a new surprised album “Untitled Unmastered.” The album was released on Apple Music just before midnight on Thursday night.
Earlier this week, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith, the CEO of TDE announced that that he would be dropping a surprise project one day this week from one of the artists from his group. No one knew that it would be K-Dot.
The new project comes just two weeks after Kendrick Lamar stunned the world with his powerful yet controversial performance at the Grammys. The album comes with 8 tracks recorded between 2013 and 2016.

TDE’s Top Dawg has been toying with the idea of releasing the album since Kendrick Lamar’s Grammy performance. Thanks to some persistent fans including NBA great Lebron James. Perhaps its also his trip to Jamaica last week that inspired Lamar to release the LP.
Yo @dangerookipawaa after that @kendricklamar Grammy performance , you have to release those untitled tracks asap!!! What's up? Talk to me
