Martin Shkreli finds himself in some serious legal trouble.
If you have been keeping up with the news, Martin Shkreli is the CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, the company that famously raised the price of vital AIDS medication, Daraprim from $13.50 per pill to $750.
But Shkreli became known to the hip hop world when news broke last month that he was the secret buyer of Wu-Tang Clan’s classic album Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.
Earlier this week Shkreli revealed that he is planning to bail out Bobby Shmurda from jail to the tune of $2 million cash.
Well that won’t happen anytime soon because TMZ reported that the FBI arrested Martin Shkreli for securities fraud. The ex-edge fund manager was caught taking stock from a biotech firm illegally to clear up other debt.
If found guilty he could face years in prison.
