Adele released her highly anticipated new album “25” on Friday November 21. The British pop singer has been a trending topic on Twitter since midnight and for good reason because she could very well just released the best album of the year.
“25” is released by XL/Columbia and is Adele’s first album in four years as well as her third major project. The 11-track LP features singles such as “Hello” and “I Miss You.”

The big news surrounding the album release is whether or not it will be available for streaming on popular music streaming services like Apple Music, Spotify and TIDAL.
Streaming has become the preferred channel for music consumption these days but a handful of artists such as Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Adele has enough leverage to delay streaming or at least set their own terms with these services to bolster album sales.
Now that it’s very clear that Adele’s new album will be a huge hit you can only purchase a copy for $10.99 on iTunes and other platforms such as Google Play.

Me too, but it’s Adele that doesn’t want it to go on Spotify and other streaming services. She want us to buy the CD and that is something I’m not going to do. Looking at the reviews this album is not rated very well, so for me it’s farewell Adele !
