Jay Z and Beyonce are now the proud residence of a palatial mansion believed to be worth $45 million.
The Carters have vacated another ultra expensive home that they were renting in Los Angeles after the owners sold the property.
Their new Holmby Hills palace is owned by British billionaire Frank McCurt who use to own the Los Angeles Dodgers. Sources say Beyonce and Jay Z are renting the house for $150,000 per month and has signed a 1-year lease.
The 20,000 square feet house has an Olympic-size indoor swimming pool, gardens and a waterfall.
