Chris Brown has been having one of the best days of his life today after a judge handed him his daughter Royalty in a Houston courtroom this afternoon.
Brown and his lawyer Mark Geragos were in court for his first custody hearing. The judge granted the “Loyal” hitmaker joint 50/50 custody of Royalty which saw him walking out of court with the 1-year-old toddler. This means that Royalty will spend every four days with each parent.

The judge also denied his baby mama Nia Guzman request to increase child support payments from $2,500 per month to $15,000 per month.
Chris Brown victory lap didn’t end there because TMZ reported that the judge also ordered Guzman to stop bashing the R&B singer on social media.
Both Brown and Guzman now lives in Los Angeles so it will be easier for Royalty to move between homes.
