Tommy Lee Sparta gave his fans a preview of how violent his home town in the video for “Outlaw.”
The gritty video was shot in Flanker, Montego Bay where Tommy Lee grew up. The track should make an appearance on Tommy Lee’s upcoming album The Rise of the Fall.

The dancehall deejay has not announce a release date for the album.
