Major Lazer is looking to repeat the success of the Busy Signal-assisted single “Watch Out Fi Dis” with a new collaboration with Elephant Man title “Pon Di Something.”
The dancehall energy god says the whole idea was Major Lazer’s and the collaboration was inevitable.

“Major Lazer call me and sey dem wah do a project wid me,” Elephant Man said. “They said they have a rhythm with an Elephant Man type of vibes and they want to keep dancehall happy and nice. Everybody knows that is what Elephant Man is about so they flew to Jamaica and we booked the studio time and deal wid it.”
The single was recorded at Big Yard studio and will be released in the coming days.
Elephant Man also revealed that a video will be shot for the single.
The official video for Busy Signal and Major Lazer’s duet “Watch Out For This (Bumaye)” has rocked up almost 29 million views on YouTube since its release in April.
