Rihanna turned heads while attending the TIME 100 gala at Jazz at Lincoln Center in New York City on Tuesday night. The Bajan fashionista donned a fuchsia Marchesa gown with long black wavy hair.
Rihanna was named one of TIME magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World. The pop star performed at the celebration, infront A list audience including Jeremy Lin, Hillary Clinton, Tyra Banks, and Chelsea Handler.
RiRi brought along her mom and grandfather to the special event.
“Well….2nt consisted of us singing Bob Marley, drinkin Vintage Scotch, and my mom thinkin a joke abt Kutcher was appropriate!” tweeted RiRi.
Rihanna, who performed an acoustic version of Bob Marley and the Wailers classic “Redemption Song,” told reporters that she is a huge fan of the reggae icon.
“I love him. I’m an incredible fan, but not only of his music. I’m a fan of him as an individual, what he really stood up for,” Rihanna said.
