Detectives handed over forensic evidence today in Vybz Kartel murder trial of Clive “Lizard” Williams.
According to reports, investigators handed over the evidence to the Director of Public Prosecutions Monday. Among the evidence turned over are the telephone data, video tape material, blood sample and other forensic material taken from the scene.
The forensic report revealed that persons involved in the murder attempted to destroy the evidence by burning down the house. However, the house was not completely destroyed and blood stain taken from the scene was that of a human being.
Telephone conversations and text message data paints a horrific image of how Lizard’s body was disposed of.
Kartel, whose real name is Adidja Palmer, is charged jointly with protege Shawn “Storm” Campbell, Stylist Calvin Haye, Andre St John, Cayro Jones and Sean Williams.
Vybz Kartel and his co-accused returns to court on Friday April 27th.
this is taking FARRRR too long for a case with as decisive a load of evidence as this one… if they have the man on tape and in recordings… why is it taking so long to present this evidence to the legal teams… and why is it taking so long for the trial to be under way. You can’t hold the man with impunity, fo so long, with this little progress.
Forensic evidence may see kartel goin to jail
